RemedSec AI

Terms & Conditions

Clear boundaries for a trust-first security product

These terms set the expectations for using the RemedSec AI website, requesting scans, and engaging with authorised exposure discovery services.

These Terms & Conditions set the expectations for how the RemedSec AI website and related services may be used, including the boundaries that support safe, authorisation-first exposure discovery.

Authorised use only

  • RemedSec AI is intended only for assets that you own or are explicitly authorised to nominate for review or assessment.
  • You must not use the website, forms, or services to request scanning, review, or assessment of third-party assets without proper permission.
  • We may reject, pause, or terminate requests where authorisation is unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with our trust and compliance requirements.

Service scope

  • Initial RemedSec AI discovery is designed to be safe and non-intrusive.
  • The early-stage service is focused on public-facing exposure signals, such as visible security posture, headers, TLS configuration, DNS, and public technology indicators.
  • Deeper testing, authenticated review, source-code review, dependency review, or remediation support are separate activities and require explicit scoping and approval.

No guarantee of exhaustive findings

  • Reports, summaries, and findings are intended to help clients understand visible exposure and prioritise next steps.
  • They are not a guarantee that every weakness, vulnerability, or security issue has been found.
  • Observed exposure, inferred risk, and confirmed exploitability are different things and should be treated accordingly.

Client responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and that the nominated contact is authorised to act on behalf of the relevant organisation or asset owner.
  • You are responsible for reviewing findings in context and making decisions about remediation, further testing, internal approvals, and production changes.
  • You should not rely on any report as a substitute for legal advice, compliance advice, or a full security assurance program.

Intellectual property and materials

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the website, product concepts, workflows, branding, and related service materials remain the property of RemedSec AI or its licensors.
  • Client-specific reports and engagement outputs may be used internally by the client for approved business and remediation purposes, subject to any separate commercial agreement.

Liability and service availability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemedSec AI provides the website and early product experience on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will be suitable for every security, compliance, or operational use case.
  • Any liability should be limited in line with the relevant commercial agreement, or if no separate agreement applies, to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions as the product, workflows, infrastructure, and delivery model evolve.
  • Updated terms should be published on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Commercial terms

Where RemedSec AI provides booked assessment, remediation, or ongoing services, those services should also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement covering pricing, deliverables, timing, acceptance, and liability terms.
